Purpose of the app is, to decode radio signals received from 3rd party app RTL-SDR-Driver and show ADS-B data on a map.
If enabled by User, data can be forward to 3rd party applications.
Please note that your own location of your device can be determined by sending data to 3rd party applications.
If you choose to use DUMP1090, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. No Personal Information is collected by DUMP1090 itself. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Zweck der App ist es, Funk Signale die von der externen App RTL-SDR-Driver empfangen werden zu decodieren und die ADS-B Daten auf einer Karte darzustellen.
Wenn vom Benutzer aktiviert , können Daten an externe Programme weitergesendet werden.
Bitte beachten Sie das aus den gesendeten Daten ihre eigen Geräte Position ermittelt werden kann.
Wenn Sie sich für die Verwendung von DUMP1090 entscheiden, stimmen Sie der Erfassung und Verwendung von Informationen in Bezug auf diese Richtlinie zu. Information Collection and Use / Datenerfassung
The app use third party services that may collect information used to identify you : Google Play Billing system. The only intent of this is to deactivate the limitation of the free app by upgrading to a paid version with in app purchases.
We want to inform users of DUMP1090 that this third party has access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Personal data are only collected by Google Play Billing. The service is compliant to GDPR. Purpose is to deactivate the limitation of the free App
The app also use external data sources to gather more information about a received airplane.
These API services are:
Photo API (planespotters.net)
Simple ModeS Hex API (hexdb.io)
ebctech.solutions aircraft data service
Only the received HEX ID of an airplane is used to query data from these services. The services themselves may store the IP Address of your device when a request is sent.

Permissions
The app needs to use the following Android permissions.

ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
These permissions are needed to show your own location on the map and calculate the distance and bearing to tracked aircraft.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Used to check network connectivity before making requests to aircraft data APIs.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Needed if file export to CSV files was selected by the user. This permission only applies on Android 9 (API level 28) and below.
Wird gebraucht wenn der Export in CSV-Dateien durch den Benutzer aktiviert wurde. Diese Berechtigung gilt nur für Android 9 (API-Level 28) und älter.
WAKE_LOCK
Is used to keep the service running while the app is in the background and the screen is off.
Wird verwendet, um den Dienst im Hintergrund am Laufen zu halten, auch wenn der Bildschirm ausgeschaltet ist.
INTERNET
Used to get additional airplane information from the internet.
Also used to forward ADS-B data to external apps if user enabled that.

Dump1090 is accessing these APIs, therefore your device IP Address may be read by these services.
Dump1090 benutzt diese APIs, eventuell kann dadurch Ihre Geräte-IP-Adresse von diesen Diensten ausgelesen werden.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION
Required to keep the TCP receiver running while the app is in use, and to allow the foreground service to access location data. FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION is required on Android 14 (API level 34) and above.
Wird benötigt um den TCP-Empfänger während der App-Nutzung aktiv zu halten und dem Vordergrunddienst Zugriff auf Standortdaten zu ermöglichen. FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION wird ab Android 14 (API-Level 34) benötigt.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Required to show export status notifications. Only applies on Android 13 (API level 33) and above.
Wird benötigt um Benachrichtigungen zum Export-Status anzuzeigen. Gilt nur ab Android 13 (API-Level 33).
